1. Identify a negative thought you are having and say it out loud
2. Is this true? Can you absolutely know this is true? Yes or No?
3. Can I absolutely know this is true?
4. How does it feel to believe this?
5. Do I want to keep feeling this way?
6. Turn the thought around to a positive one
7. DO you want to believe this?
8. How does it feel to have this thought?

9. Which thought do you want to keep?
